Communication

When shipping from our head office in the Netherlands, everyone will receive a track and trace in the mail. Sometimes it can take a while before this track and trace is updated, because the packages need a number of scans for this.

If we do not receive the shipment within 14 days and it cannot be dispatched on time, we will contact you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide our customers with an update every day, so when shipments are running according to plan, we have to wait for the track and trace.

Please send us an email to info@studiomoax.nl if something is wrong so we can solve it together. Sometimes it can take a while for us to react because we have to discuss the possibilities with our suppliers.

We do our best to answer all messages we receive via social media and e-mail as quickly as possible. Questions that have already been answered in the FAQ, we unfortunately cannot answer again during peak periods. Do you have a question? Then we recommend that you always first visit the FAQ, which is regularly updated. 

We enter into a partnership with all our customers and will always treat everyone with respect. All communications will be taken seriously and complaints will always be resolved in whatever way possible. We therefore expect to be treated with the same respect by our customers. Cursing and threatening are absolutely not accepted. These customers will therefore be removed from our platform immediately.
